New MVP – Amit Chaudhary shares his journey

Ami Chaudhary has been awarded with MVP status by Salesforce in September 2017 for his outstanding contribution to Salesforce community in sharing knowledge, leadership skills, and showing creativity within the Salesforce Community.  Here is his journey to MVP status in his own words!

Brief Intro about yourself? What do you do?

I am working in IBM, I provide solutions to meet customer requirements using Salesforce. Developing code and for complex UI and designing APIs are my key responsibilities. Advising on coding practices, configuration and administration are other tasks which keep me busy.

Apart from working to get paid, I spend few hours on the developer forum. I am an active contributor from couple of years and answered 5300+ queries, of which 1100+ of them were recognized as the best answer.  I am regular blogger at http://amitsalesforce.blogspot.com.

I have created a product, “Code Coverage Report” which is available for a free download at App exchange. I am also Co-Organizer of Farmington Hills Salesforce Developer Group.

How do you feel being a new MVP?

I am grateful and honored for this opportunity, Dreams really do come true

What was your motivation to become a MVP? Inspiration?

Bob Buzzard was my role model. Initially I followed him on developer forum. Then I decided to give it back to community like him.

Message for future MVP aspirants?

I will say be active on developer forum and Success community. Give back to
community.
